Day 26 - "So Good"

Day 26 is back again with yet another music video from their sophomore project, Forever In a Day (Bad Boy/2009). I'm trying very hard to have some nice things to say about this video; and I'm at a loss for words. However, the video IS NOT bad. In a constructively criticizing way, the video deserves a concept to say the least. This also happens to be one of the most inexpensive videos I've seen since this track by Digital Imagez. And even that video is more interesting than "So Good". Maybe if Diddy and the group spent an extra $137.16, I could appreciate the video that much more. Enough of me, enjoy the video!

Constructively Criticized,

Kanye West "Paranoid" Video w/Rihanna

The 101st post belongs to Kanye West and Rihanna. This re-worked version of Kanye's "Paranoid" music video is simply ridiculous! Ya'll know I'm not really a Kanye fan, but this video is the business! Check it out! BTW, I think I'm starting to like Kanye. Enjoy!

Featured Artist: Jesse Boykins III

Ladies and Gentlemen, Jesse Boykins III is NEXT! This week's featured artist was referred to me by someone over the weekend. I don't like to feature just "anyone" on the Featured Artist platform, but Jesse Boykins III is more deserving of this honor than anyone else this week.

TAKEN FROM MYSPACE:
Jesse Boykins III has a timeless sound. He shares a point of view that crosses all genres and generations. Every note and each word in all his recorded works to his live performance is skillfully crafted evoking emotions that move the listener to examine and acknowledge those feelings within themselves.

Jesse was born in Chicago February 20, 1985. As a toddler Jesse moved to Kingston Jamaica where he spent most of his childhood and later to Miami where he integrated the strict family values instilled in him with an adoration of music and began a journey to create what would ultimately become the Jesse Boykins III brand.

My favorite tracks are "Itis"...this track is a nice, feel-good, snap your finger, and sip on a glass of wine or Brandy and call it a day. The other track is "Amorous"...a track where you can lay with your significant other on the grass in the park and look up at the stars. Jesse Boykins III gets my props...check check check it out! Let the beat drop, I'm out!
